Not Alone! (On My Mind)

" Oh give me a home where the buffalo roam,
Where the deer and the antelope play,
Where seldom is heard a discouraging word
And the skies are not cloudy all day.

Have you ever had the feeling that you were being watched? Not alone?
I had this feeling yesterday while in my bush. Do you think, they are as happy watching me, as I of them?

  4. They must be getting used to you "barging" in on their territory. I'm surprised they stayed long enough for a photo! :)

  8. A year ago I went to check a calf that was just born,I walked through the woods and spotted it laying below her momma,so I thought!,well to my complete shock the reddish coat and big horns were not momma but a big buck standing over my calf,I just about died! I was within 10 feet of him before I realized,I was to focused on the calf ,I slowly backed away hoping he wasn't going to follow.
I'm pretty sure if he could have laughed at me he would have!
    great photo.
