Supposedly; The Most Depressing Day of the Year!

I live in a constant endeavor to fence against the infirmaties of ill-health
and other evils of life by mirth,
I am persuaded that everytime a man smiles-
but much more so when he laughs-
it adds something to his fragment of life.
          Laurence Sterne

Hello People!

Listening to the news the other day they said that January 23 is the most depressing day of the year. Sometimes I wonder where they come up with this stuff. Well I’m having no part of that so I thought I would share some smiles. I hope this works for you. I myself am smiling.

(The names of the participants have been changed to protect the innocent).

Petunia who is that?

Oh that's just Buttons Josephine.

What do you think Mom?

Try to ignore her she will go away.

Is she still there Petunia?

Josephine said to NEVER look her in the eye.

Today is Chinese New Year, so how can it be a depressing day? Although I did try to reject the weather forecast this morning, when husband read it to me. He said I would have to wait till tomorrow for another.
