" The happiest moments of my life have been the few which I have passed at home in the bosom of my family." Jefferson

After a busy early morning dealing with Sandy again and moving some hay, I drive off to see my girls.I pick up their Oma on the way and we chatted all the way to oldest daughters home.
It was to be an exciting day, oldest was to have company from The Netherlands and was to have her first real dinner party.Youngest daughter who I have not seen for months is there helping her. Spending time with my girls is the biggest joy of my life.
Oma speaking Dutch and us not speaking very much at all will make this easier on our company and us. The company does speak English very well , so was not a problem.
I am excited, a day away from the farm and my girl's who I miss very much. This is going to be a very happy day.
This turned out to be so much fun, lots of laughing, good food and conversation. All went very well. It was an enjoyable time for all, a perfect evening.
We said our goodbyes and off we go, we will have more visiting the next day with more family.
Off to bed, grateful for the lovely day. We will see what the morning brings.
Morning comes quickly, I look out that darn window ,movement in the field, a herd of deer a wonderful site and no Sandy this was going to be an excellent day.
I make the coffee, sit down; it seems I spoke to soon, the deer are gone and there she is.I guess somethings never change.
I have my coffee and take my time to fix the problem, life is good and it was going to be another happy day with family. No stress today.
